All our subscriptions and upgrades are obtained legally, we have nothing to do with fraudolent sellers, if you're wondering why our prices seem to be "higher" than usual, think that you're paying for a safe, warranted and legal service.

[1] - All purchases are final, no refunds are given in any circumstance. If you have any issues feel free to reach us, we always try to come up with solutions in a friendly manner. When purchasing you automatically agree to this and all the following Terms.

[2] - The service does not involve any illegal activity, such as carding, fraud, cracking or anything related to those. We obtain cheaper subscriptions and upgrades through the access to regional pricing. Proof of an official receipt from our bank can be provided for each purchase.

[3] - UpgradesKitchen does not take any responsability of what the user (customer) does with his account before/during/after our service.

[4] - The customer may not open a fraudolent dispute or try to chargeback, such actions will result in: instant request to our bank to void the payment for the purchased subscription which will end up in a revoke of whatever the user has purchased, a permanent blacklist from our services, if possible a scam report will also be opened and made public.

[5] - UpgradesKitchen reserves the right to complete any incoming order within a maximum of 48 hours.

[6] - UpgradesKitchen always reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to any individual if seems fit as reaction to user actions.
